Hold elections by November: Chair Thapa

Hetauda - Rastriya Prajatantra Party Chair Kamal Thapa has stressed on holding elections to the House of Representatives and provincial assembly by upcoming November. 

Speaking in party cadres' training programme here Sunday, Chair Thapa lamented that the major parties were only focusing on exercising power rather institutionalizing the achievements. 

Similarly, Deputy General Secretary Rajaram Bartaula, central members Deepak Bahadur Singh and Ganesh Thapa opined for strengthening party organization.
