Five foreign tourists rescued

Kathmandu- Five foreign tourists have been rescued from Bahrebise of Sabhapokhari rural municipality in Sankhuwasabha district. They include two each from Australia and Canada and one from France. They had come to Sankhuwasabha for trekking around the Makalu mountain and were stranded after the enforcement of the lockdown by the government in view of the coronavirus risk. They were airlifted by a helicopter of the Kailash Air to Kathmandu on Wednesday, the District Police Office Sankhuwasabha stated.
