Positive intervention demanded for effective healthcare services to regular patients

Kathmandu - The alliance of the private enterprises in Rupandehi district has urged the government to facilitate the private hospitals in the district for them to provide further effective healthcare services to the regular patients. The alliance has also drawn the attention of the state and local governments towards arranging facilities for the test of COVID-19 and quarantine for the foreign returnees Nepalis. Meanwhile, the meeting of the alliance held here today has entrusted Western Transport Entrepreneurs' Committee President Yam Prasad Pandey to facilitate for the smooth transportation of the daily consumable goods.

Also, the alliance has decided to generate as much as fund for the relief fund set up to prevent and treat COVID-19. Butwal Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Khim Bahadur Hamal argued that there should not be any negligence on the treatment of regular patients in all hospitals during the crisis prevailing due to COVID-19 outbreak. The alliance also urged the concerned authority to be serious about rendering healthcare services to the people.
