Three home-bound Nepali workers looted

Bhimdattanagar - Three people from Marma-5, Salyan district and on their way home for the Dashain festival after working in India have been looted at Brahmadev Bazaar in Kanchanpur district. The town lies close to the Nepal-India border. 

They were returning home from Paudi Garhwal, Uttarakhand State of India for the festivities. Those looted include Dev Bahadur Rana, Dalbir Rana and Nanda Ram Rana of Marma. It is said they were looted by fellow Nepalis. 

Police stated that the victims were given drinks laced with intoxicant and were looted of more than 85 thousand when they fell unconscious after taking the drink. Somesuspects have been held by police for investigation in this connection.
