NSU demonstrate over new Indian map

Kathmandu–Nepal Students Union, the student wing of the Nepali Congress, has demonstrated in front of Tri Chandra Campus this morning, objecting the placement of Nepal's territory in the map of India.

The NSU demonstrated saying Nepali territory-- Kalapani and Lipu pass have been included in Indian map recently released by the Indian government.

On the occasion, NSU leader Deepak Bhattarai said that the government of Nepal should settle the issues related to the new Indian map through the diplomatic channel.

Similarly, leader of NSU Tri Chandra Campus unit, Shan Siwakoti, blamed that the Indian government has tried to spoil Nepal-India relations by encroaching Nepal's territory.

Various NSU leaders as well as students of Tri Chandra Campus participated in the demonstration.
