Bharatpur–A person died and other two were injured in a truck-motorbike collusion in Chitwan last night.
The unattended truck hit the motorbike (Na 13 Pa 6703) at Bharatpur metropolitan city-10, Sirjanachowk. Bhawis KC, a local of Bharatpur-4, Yagyapuri who was critically injured in the incident, died while undergoing treatment at Bharatpur Hospital.
The injured are pillion riders Sushant Adhikari, 22, and Prashant Adhikari, 19. of Anbukhairahani, Chitwan. Both of them are being treated at old Medical College Bharatpur.
According to the police, injured Prashant is in critical condition while Sushant is in normal condition. As the truck and its driver had gone at large, search operation has been intensified, said the Chitwan District Police Office.
